Butter Biscuits

Who doesn’t love hot biscuits for breakfast? Biscuits are so versatile. They can be breakfast sandwiches by adding egg and sausage, they can be a sweet side to your breakfast of bacon and eggs, or delicious all by themselves with butter and honey or your favorite preserves. One of my fond memories of my dad was watching him take pats of butter, cover them with honey, and using a fork, mash and mix the two ingredients together before adding them to a hot biscuit.
