Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Heat maple syrup, coconut oil, sea salt, cinnamon, and vanilla, stirring until the coconut oil is fully melted and the ingredients combined.
Combine oats, almonds, coconut, and pecans in a large bowl.
Pour the melted ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Spread on the baking pan and put it into the oven.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let your granola cool thoroughly then break into bite size pieces.
Store in an airtight container.
